Regional FF Training Center Open House

On April 20, 2002, Chief Shan English and the Wylie Fire Department welcomed the community and city officials to the new Regional Firefighter Training Center located at Station 2. The center will help local depts., like Murphy, Parker, Branch and Lucas, to fulfill training needs.

Chief English also announced the highly-regarded ISO rating of a Class 1. We are only one of three cities in Texas to hold the highest rating and the smallest in the nation!
